CASTALDO
Dr. Castaldo, a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tufts University in Boston, receiving his DMD degree in 1967. He graduated valedictorian in his class, receiving academic honors in restorative dentistry, periodontology, and radiology. He was an intern and resident in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the long beach VA Hospital from 1967 to 1971. Dr. Castaldo started his practice in Sacramento in 1971, and was joined by Dr. Preskar in 1980. He married his wife Margaret in 1963. They have four children.
